INTRODUCTION OF THE PROJECT AUTOMATION OF PHOTO GALLERY SYNOPSIS

In this modern era the demand of service and industries is increasing day by day so, a lots of competition in the field. My software automate the working of staff of photo studio.

The AUTOMATION OF PHOTO STUDIO is a complete design and developed with the objective of assigning the Head of the Still Studio, by which he can provide better service to his Customers, so he can gain Name, Fame and Money with accuracy.

OBJECTIVES OF THE PROJECT AUTOMATION OF PHOTO GALLERY SYNOPSIS

Almost in AUTOMATION OF PHOTO STUDIO records of customer, photo information, bill etc are maintained and manipulated. The software is used to achieve the goal given by operator of the photo studio. Generally all these works are done and managed manually hence leading to the chances of human errors that may illusion of common information or reports. Thus, software can reduce the redundant information produce by the software.

Automation of still photograph, as described above, can lead to error free, non redundant information, secure result, reliable and fast processing system.
Staff working becomes easy and smooth so it increases their efficiency of work. Thus it will help organization in better way to manage its staff. The organization can maintain computerized records without redundant entries.

INPUT OF THE PROJECT AUTOMATION OF PHOTO GALLERY SYNOPSIS

In this project, the project has eleven menus, they are Login, Customer, Photograph, Special Orders, Purchase, Employees, Master Entry, Tools, Reports, About and Quit.

The Login menu is used for Create, Append & Delete users of Automation of Photo Gallery. In Login window the user can access the software by the help of user name and password.

In Customer menu we have four sub menus named- New Customer, Find customer, Updation in Customer entry and View all Customers. By using new customer entry submenu we can enter the details about our new customer. The find customer details submenu has further five submenus- By customer id, by name, by city, by entry date, by reference. Using these sub menus we can find details about our customer by different point of views and can print the records, for example find customer by id or find customer by city and so on. The updating of customer entry sub menu is used to update records of our customer; this will also used to remove the wrong entries which will arise after considerable wrong entry. Using view all customer sub menu we can see all of our customer’s details and can print them.

OUTPUT OF THE PROJECT AUTOMATION OF PHOTO GALLERY SYNOPSIS

The software is proposed to generate some specific output for the specific organization. The system AUTOMATION OF PHOTO STUDIO is designed to serve the specific purpose of the Still Studio. In various module output of one module become input to other module. In the AUTOMATION OF PHOTO STUDIO the output is shown through Report like the Customer report, Photographs report, Special order reports etc.

In the AUTOMATION OF PHOTO STUDIO the table also uses the list view feature of JSP to display the information related table in a particular module. List view is a graphical control which is used to propagated information from a table based on desired query and displays them in tabular form.
