INTRODUCTION OF THE PROJECT INSURANCE AUTOMATION SYSTEM
Now a day’s insurance company provides a way to insure our property in easy process. Every insurance company keeps records of Clients, Policy, policy holders and their premium submitted.
Due to the growing demand for insurance, I think to make the project for the automation of Insurance Company so that we can keep all types of record safely. This project customizes the automation of insurance. With the help of this project we computerize the working of insurance so that we can reduce the human working in this department like book keeping for customers, register maintaining for customer policies, and keep all types of records. This is a tough and tedious job to manage manually because it take long time for maintaining registers and all types of information and time to time update them.
By this project we can reduce the humans manuals errors like maintaining records by registers, due to this employees can not done further work thus this software provide reliable , efficient and accurate system for keeping records of life insurance.
OBJECTIVES OF THE PROJECT INSURANCE AUTOMATION SYSTEM
This project deals with the transaction and information criteria of the INSURANCE MANAGEMENT. Basically the project describes how to manage Clients records, Policy Record, Premium Record, and make enquiry and reports over these recorded data.
The main objectives behind the development of this project are as follows:
- To Enter Details about new policy.
- To create account for new policy holders.
- To maintain client register.
- To maintain client premium submission.
- To access information of a particular clients.
- To Store and retrieve details about policies in Company.
- To make enquiry about policy.
- To handle claim process.
The project is application software that satisfies the application requirements of INSURANCE MANAGEMENT. The project comes under RDBMS category. The project handles the huge data in Company subjected to policy, policy holder, premium submission etc. The RDBMS is capable of creating storage, keeping date, manipulating data and retrieving data in desired manner.
