Modules and Description of Human Resource Management System Project:

Desigantion Module :

The main objective for developing this module is to manage the designation. So all employee designation will be managed by admin.

Features of Designation Module:

  • Employee can see his designation

Department Module :

The main aim of this module is provide all the functionality realted to department. This designation module is the main module in this project Human Resource Management System which has been developed on C#, ASP and MySQL. It tracks all the information and details of the employee department.

Features of Department Module:

  • Admin can add new department
  • Admin can see the list of department details
  • Only admin can edit and update the record of the department
  • Admin will be able to delete the records of the department
  • All department forms are validated on client side using JavaScript

Employee Module :

The main objective of this module is provide all the functionality related to employee. It tracks all the information of the employee. We have developed all type of CRUD (Create, Read, Update and Delete) operations of the employee. This is a role based module where admin can perform each and every operations on data but the employee will be able to view only his/her data, so access level restrictions has also been implemented on the project. Leave Status Module :

The main objective for developing this module is to manage the leave status data wise. So all leave status will be managed by admin. Admin can see the list of all the leave statuss and filter it according to the employee.

ASP.NET and SQL Server Projects on Employee Information System The aim of our project is to develop a system that is meant to partially computerize the work performed in the Employee Information System. In this software we can add employee details according to the departments of the company. We used ASP as front end and SQL Server as back end for developing our project. This project (Employee Management System) has been develop on ASP and SQL Server. There are two types of users available in the project, first one is Employee and second one is Admin. Employee user have limited access right to access the system, while the admin users have full control over the system.
