IOT GPS Cloud Based Real Time Courier Tracking System is an IOT application to track the courier location realtime and show markers on Google Map with real time places information list. This is a Cloud bases application which you can deploy on any cloud like AWS, GCP and Azure. We have exposed the API from application, which you can integrate with any GPS enabled devices, to get realtime latitude and longitude informations. The main object for developing this project is to manage multiple courier shipment tracking details with a single device.
In the world of Internet, Right from sending message to tracking courier posted from one place to another place, everything is now digital. Today, because of technologies like IoT, Cloud System etc., we can track our courier in real time. So many courier companies, start using active RFID or GPS based systems to track our courier and to find its exact location with the help of IoT Systems, Cloud Systems and Realtime Tracking Systems.
Here, we have explained about IOT GPS Cloud Based Realtime Courier Tracking System. In this system, we use GPS tracker to track courier location and that location will be indicated via software using IOT based Project system and Cloud based Project system.
In our proposed model, all couriers from one city will be gathered at one godown. GPS trackers will be fitted to every courier box to track them. Courier tracking software used by user to track real time location of courier is sync-up with cloud server. Whatever information send by each GPS trackers will be accumulated at cloud servers and from cloud server, courier locations will be send to user’s place.
The GPS tracker used inside the IOT GPS Cloud Based Realtime Courier Tracking System, consists of IoT system that include GPS modem with baud rate 9600 and one simple controller which manages whole edge GPS solution . The cloud server contains data accelerator cards like Alveo U250 to accelerate data processing inside server.
Whole tracking application is worked on cloud-based software. Due to this kind of real time tracking system, now days we can easily track our courier with full guarantee of safety. The chances of courier lost is very low. All this kind of application provided full security to our couriers. In case the courier delivery is delayed then we can identify because of which delivery is being delayed.
In rare case, suppose anyone stolen courier, then also we can track location of courier and can easily find out thief. Day by day, there are lots of advancement is going on in such kind of courier systems. Now people are planning to use robots to deliver couriers. That means total system is unmanned. In such cases, these kind of GPS based systems will play major roles. In unmanned courier delivery services, tracking courier is very important and that can be possible with the help of our proposed system with full security.
Modules and Description of IOT GPS Cloud Based Realtime Courier Tracking System Project:
Courier Module :
The main purpose of this module is provide all the functionality realted to courier. This Courier module is an important module in this project IOT GPS Cloud Based Realtime Courier Tracking System which we have developed. It tracks all the information and details of the courier. In this module you can manage all the information related the the couriers, you can assign device to the courier.Features of Courier Module:
- Admin can add new courier records and assign tracking device
- Admin can see the list of courier details
- Only admin can edit and update the record of the courier
- Admin will be able to delete the records of the courier
Tracking Module :
Tracking module is very important module of this project, which gets latitude and longitude from devices and using google map API get the details of places from that latitude and longitude and log it into database.Features of Tracking Module:
- Provide API for integartion with IOT hardware devices, like NodeMCU, Arduino, Mobile etc
- Admin can track courier realtime on google maps
- Admin can see all the locations details with date and time
- Customer can track their shipments using the tracking ID
- Provides google map API integrations
Customer Module :
Customer module has been developed for managing all the informations related to customers, its available for admin only from where admin can add new customer and manage the full information of the customers.Features of Customer Module:
- Admin can add new customer records
- Admin can see the list of customer details
- Only admin can edit and update the record of the customer
- Admin will be able to delete the records of the customer
Device Module :
This module we have developed for managing all of the device information, you can add any number of devices in this project and those devices will be rendered in dropdown at the time of courier adding. You can assign multiple couriers tracking in a single device.Features of Device Module:
- Admin can add new device records
- Admin can see the list of device details
- Only admin can edit and update the record of the device
- Admin will be able to delete the records of the device

We can configure this project on following operating system.
