Objective of Java Project on Laboratory Inventory System

The main objective of the Java Project on Laboratory Inventory System is to manage the details of Maintenance, Calculate Inventory Valuation,Check in/out Items, Annotate Items, Record Information. It manages all the information about Maintenance, Track Items, Record Information, Maintenance. The project is totally built at administrative end and thus only the administrator is guaranteed the access. The purpose of the project is to build an application program to reduce the manual work for managing the Maintenance, Calculate Inventory Valuation, Track Items, Check in/out Items. It tracks all the details about the Check in/out Items, Annotate Items, Record Information.

Functionalities provided by Java Project on Laboratory Inventory System are as follows:

  • Provides the searching facilities based on various factors. Such as Maintenance, Check in/out Items, Annotate Items, Record Information
  • College Management System also sells the employees details online for students details, employees details, courses.
  • It tracks all the information of Calculate Inventory Valuation, Track Items, Annotate Items ect

Limitation of Java Project on Laboratory Inventory System

  • Excel export has not been developed for Track Items, Annotate Items due to some criticality.
  • The transactions are executed in off-line mode, hence on-line data for Maintenance, Calculate Inventory Valuation capture and modification is not possible.
  • Off-line reports of Maintenance, Check in/out Items, Record Information cannot be generated due to batch mode execution.

Input Data and Validation of Java Project on Laboratory Inventory System

  • Each form for Maintenance, Calculate Inventory Valuation, Track Items can not accept blank value fields
