About the project Examination Management System

This project Examination Management System has been developed on Visual Basic and MSAccess Database. The main aim of the visual basic sql server project is to develop web application in college submission. vb and ms access projects free download are available in our website Freeprojectz.com. The main purpose to develop this project was to taking the exam of students on computer science of different branches and subject. There are 3 types of users available in the project first is admin who is the Super Admin of the project, who can manage all the things of the project. Second is teacher who is resposible for adding the question branch and subject wise. And the third one is student who will participate in the exam. Student can also download vb database projects documentation and synopsis. Rest of the things I have listed below. I have also attached the project video and screens of this project look into it.

Modules and Description of Examination Management System Project:

Teacher Module :

The main purpose for developing this module is to manage the teacher. So all teacher will be managed by admin. We have developed all type of CRUD (Create, Read, Update and Delete) operations of the teacher. This is a role based module where admin can perform each and every operations on data but the student will be able to view only his/her data, so access level restrictions has also been implemented on the project.

Features of Teacher Module:

  • Admin can manage the teacher
  • Admin can edit/delete the teacher
  • Admin can see the list of all teacher
  • Student can see teacher
  • Teacher will be able to see his details
  • Teacher will be able to update his details

Student Module :

The main aim for developing this module is provide all the functionality realted to student. This Student module is the main module in this project Examination Management System which has been developed on Visual Basic and MSAccess. It tracks all the information and details of the student. We have developed all type of CRUD (Create, Read, Update and Delete) operations of the student.

Features of Student Module:

  • Admin can add new student
  • Admin can see the list of student details
  • Only admin can edit and update the record of the student
  • Admin will be able to delete the records of the student
  • All student forms are validated on client side using JavaScript

Result Module :

The main aim for developing this module is to manage the result data wise. All results will be managed by admin and student will be able able to see result. Admin can see the list of all the result and filter it according to the students.

  • Admin can see the list of all result
  • Student can see result

Branches Module :

The main purpose for developing this module is to manage the branches. Admin will manage all branches record.

Subject Module :

The main purpose for developing this module is to manage the subject. So all subject will be managed by admin and student will be able to see the subject.
