Events are the never ending thing in the society event management is considered as the highly profitable business for the organising of various events like marriage, birthday party, anniversary people have to go through various event organizers and then they book the package of the event manually by deciding there budget. Event management system using java, jsp and mysql is a web based portal for booking of the prestigious events like mehndi, sangeet, ring ceremony, birthday party, marriage anniversary. The existing system is very time consuming process and involves a lot of manpower after looking over all the disadvantages system of event management using php mysql came into existence which many such advantages like:

  • people can explore their packages by sitting in front of screen
  • Can look over for the service they are providing
  • Can look for the available date itself

    • Three parties are involved in the event management system, admin. The main and the most important party involved in the system manages everything regarding events, budgets, employee , work allotted , money distribution ,view requests from customers.
