Java, JSP and MySQL Project on Ticket Support System (Help Desk System)
We have developed this project for enhacing the features of Ticket Support or Help Desk System. Normally in a big companies each and every request is made my a ticket system and after that there is a process flow for it. We have best collections of online java projects with source code and database. We have developed a system which supports the ticketing system, where client/user can create the ticket and check the flow of the process. They can also communicate on the ticket issue. This project has been developed on Java, JSP and MySQL platform which runs over the Tomcat Server. You can also easily configure it with NetBeans and Eclipse IDE. Students can select easy java projects topic from given list and easily download java projects with source code.

Modules and Description of Ticket Support System(Helpdesk) Project:
Client Module :
The main aim of this module is provide all the functionality related to client. It tracks all the information of the client. We have developed all type of CRUD (Create, Read, Update and Delete) operations of the client. This is a role based module where admin can perform each and every operations on data but the client will be able to view only his/her data, so access level restrictions has also been implemented on the project. Students can download java projects for learning based on their requirements.
Features of Client Module:
- Admin can add new client records
- Admin can see the list of client details
- Only admin can edit and update the record of the client
- Admin will be able to delete the records of the client
- All client forms are validated on client side using JavaScript
Ticket Module :
The main purpose for developing this module is to manage the Ticket. This Ticket module is the main module in this project Ticket Support System which has been developed on Java, JSP and MySQL. Students get easy java projects with source code and database. So all Ticket will be managed by admin and client will be able to see the Ticket.

Ticket Type Module :
The main aim for developing this module is to manage the ticket type data wise. All ticket types will be managed by admin and client will be able able to see ticket type. Admin can see the list of all the ticket type and filter it according to the clients. We hope these java projects with source code would be very useful for project college submission.

Supported Operating System
We can configure this project on following operating system.
- Windows : This project can easily be configured on windows operating system. For running this project on Windows system, you will have to install Tomcat 7, JDK 7, MySQL 5.
- Linux : We can run this project also on all versions of Linux operating system
- Mac : We can also easily configured this project on Mac operating system.
